My sister is a drug addict and my parents are in need of obtaining medical care but do not have any money. I’ve heard there might be some Christian facilies that offer low cost services.

This is also going to sound crazy – but go up to the courthouse, explain your situation and ask if they know of a place – they send people to rehabs all the time, they might be able to help you out.
