Bless you for reaching out for help. Please take the next footstep and look into getting either inpatient (residential) treatment or outpatient counseling. Inpatient treatment has a lot more structure than an outpatient program.

Yes Suboxone (buprenorphine HCl) can be used to help treat opiod dependence – that is what the drug is primarily marketed for.
This is something usually done under medical supervision.
The manufactuer of Suboxone has a website where you can order a free resource kit for further information I’ve provided the links below.
As a side note, I have a 21 yo cat that receives Buprenex (similar to Suboxone) twice a day for pain – buprenorphine HCl has many uses 🙂
