Rehabilitation, housing, and spiritual guidance to be able to be productive citizens once again, my criteria will be a minimum of one year in house rehabilitation, also connected with county and state inmates who’s parole will be to complete this program or violate probation. many people are getting out of jail and having to return because no help is available in my county. My goal is to help break the addiction and reunite men with there loved ones and to society as clean and sober individuals.

He has been admitted to a drug rehab program at Sheridan Correctional center in Illinois, he has no previous criminal record before this conviction for selling exctasy. now i have read up that for every 3 months of good behaviour in the prison he is awarded 45 good time days…. my question is . Does that mean those good time days are subtracted from his parole date? or how does that work , from what i think he might just spend one year in the correctional center.

My son whom is 18 years old was sentenced to a 15 year do 2 yr sentence on drug charges yesterday. Myself i have never been involved in any legal trouble. Does this mean he will have to do the full 2 years or will he be eligible for parole. This is his first offense.
