I have a son who has struggled with drug addiction, choice of drug is/was oxycontin. He is now in jail after some very poor choices and will be spending time in prison. He is 24. I am in Indiana and am looking for an organization that might be able to help me at his sentencing with information on these evil prescription drugs and what they are doing to our children. My son did not commit the crime, my drugged out son did. He once was a star basketball player and a 3.0 student. Please only serious inquires that want to help or have information that can connect me with the right people.

I was arrested last night for an MIP in Georgia. I wasn’t driving, I was in a bar. I have to appear in court on what happens to be my 21st birthday. What should I expect besides my fine? This is my first offense of any kind and will the penalties be less harsh because I will be 21 on my court date?

I have a brother that needs help with drug addiction. He is currently incarcerated and I need to help him if I can. We live in Missouri and I have tried several centers but with a sexual offense they won’t accept him. He accepted a plea bargain for jail time. He claims he didn’t do it but they scared him. I am desperate and would really like to help him find somewhere that is a free program or one he can work while he gets help.

They love drugs. I have already asked this question and got the answer. And I already know the answer in the back of my head, but I think my feelings and emotions are just blinding me. Can you please reassure me what I know I’m supposed to do? I’m just finding it really hard to digest that I can’t be with the one person I loved when I thought it was impossible to open ny heart.
