[rewrite]Lately, I’ve been at odds with the Saint Mary Jane. I know I have an addiction, because I think about it every day. But at the same time, no matter how long I go without (currently sober/abstinent for about a week – not my first attempt at ‘quitting’), I still want to smoke.

The fact is, I love the herb – and always will. It feels good, I get to laugh at seemingly non-humorous events, and even brings me closer to others who also hit the pipe (cannabis culture scene). It’s a party just about every time. So what’s so wrong with that?
