Question by xxyy: I need to get divorced but have some legal problems that I need help with.?
I am currently living in West Virginia however I do not maintain a residence because I have been living in my car. I work full time and goto school full time. I have been seperated from my husband for about 10 months and there is no chance of reconciliation as he is addicted to drugs and that is something I cannot live with. He has left the area and I have no idea where to locate him. Rather than drag his drug addiction/lying/cheating through the courts I would just like to file abandonment. Does anyone have any advice on how and where I would be able to file this? I am close to the WV, OH and PA borders but all 3 states have residency requirements.
