Question by rawr522: I think I really screwed up and I need advice.?
I am a 21 year old college student taking an internship in NY. I am origionally from Virginia. I am currently living with a pretty amazing woman. She is beautiful, fun, eccentric, and all kinds of things that I look for. She is also about ten years older than me, but that doesnt seem to matter to either of us. We hit it off fairly well (and fairly quickly, ill spare everyone the details.), however, there are two problems. I leave NY at the end of the summer to go back to college, and her fiance who lives in CA will be comming into NY next monday, but only if he is able to be completely clean from his drug addictions. Now, all of this being said, and me being from a much smaller area that NY and also not used to this type of situations, I’m fairly concerned about how the next few weeks could possible go. Im in some pretty deep shit if he manages to be clean and finds out whats been going on. And… ontop of that, I have a major crush on the woman. Any advice would be great…
Im living with her because I needed a place to stay for my summer internship and she was the only person that I found that was willing to take me and both of my dogs, who was also nearby the house. Her house is enormous, so there is plenty of room. Im totally aware that long distance doesnt work, so thats not what I need advice on. Honestly, my worry here is about the fiance if he is able to get clean and come visit. Im kinda worried about what this person might be capable of, because I do not know him, and im sleeping with his fiance. Also, I do care for this woman, and I do not want her fiance dragging her back down into drugs, which is a possibility.    Read more...
