Is There Any Correlation With Drug Use/abuse and Breaking Into Homes?
Question by Kalla: Is there any correlation with drug use/abuse and breaking into homes?

When you ask people what the reason could be they say, “The dope made ’em do it.”, or “They want drugs.” I’ll admit that West Virginia has many prescription drug abuse cases, but I have a had time believing this is the case 100%.
